Rebecca graduated with her MS in Chemistry in December 2023.
Rebecca is from the beautiful state of Virginia where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry from Southern Virginia University (SVU). While attending SVU, she was awarded the Talmage Internship from Brigham Young University (BYU) to work for a summer in the JC Price Lab at BYU. The experiences she had in the Price Lab inspired her to further her education and pursue a PhD in Biochemistry at BYU. Her current focus is on a collaborative project that utilizes the technique of Microsampling to perform targeted proteomic analyses. In her free time she enjoys painting (specifically) watercolors, reading, listening to music, and watching Korean dramas.
