Alissia Nydegger

Hello! I am a sophomore in Chemical Engineering from Bountiful Utah. I started at BYU in 2018. After my freshman year, I served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Rome, Italy. Since returning from my mission, I have worked as a TA for chemistry and math classes on campus and as an engineering intern at Compass Minerals. I joined the Kelly lab in 2022. I am primarily interested in the development and manufacture of pharmaceuticals and other medical devices. I spend most of my time studying, but on the rare occasion that I'm not studying I enjoy running, competitive swimming, hiking, and eating way too much ice cream.
